Cybronixx operates under a transparent, customer-centric pricing model.

1. No Fix, No Fee Guarantee

If our technician inspects your device on-site and the hardware issue cannot be diagnosed or resolved at your premises, you are not charged for repair labor.

2. Unrepairable Devices

In cases where severe motherboard short-circuiting or physical liquid damage renders a component unrepairable, only the base visit/inspection charge of ₹199 applies. No hidden or arbitrary inspection fees are billed.

3. Cancelled Appointments

You may cancel or reschedule your doorstep appointment at any time before the technician departs for your location without penalty.
