Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the on-site computer and laptop repair services provided by Cybronixx across our service cities (Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Lucknow).

1. Doorstep Diagnosis Fee (₹199)

Our technician visits your location to inspect the machine. Transparent doorstep diagnosis starts at ₹199. If hardware repairs or spare parts are needed, an upfront quote is provided and only fitted with your explicit prior consent.

2. Service Model & Independent Status

Cybronixx operates as an independent service provider providing 100% doorstep and pickup repairs (no physical walk-in counter required). We are an independent entity and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or authorized by any original computer hardware manufacturer.

3. Warranty on Replaced Components

All replacement screens, batteries, keyboards, and SSD upgrades carry standard manufacturer warranties as disclosed at the time of installation.
